After what time does esogno begin to work? I took the drug 3 hours ago and still can not fall asleep

Eszopiklon (składnik aktywny leku Esogno) jest szybko wchłaniany po podaniu doustnym, a maksymalne stężenie w osoczu osiągane jest w ciągu 1 godziny po podaniu doustnym, dlatego lek przyjmuje się w pojedynczej dawce bezpośrednio przed pójściem spać. Lek Esogno może zacząć działać później, jeśli zostanie przyjęty z lub bezpośrednio po wysokotłuszczowym lub obfitym posiłku.

W niektórych przypadkach można obserwować brak remisji bezsenności, pomimo leczenia preparatami takimi jak Esogno. Zgodnie z dokumentacją leki, jeśli po 7-
14 dniach leczenia nie obserwuje się remisji bezsenności to jest to wskazaniem do kontaktu z lekarzem.
