Nie prowadzono badań interakcji leków Gonapeptyl czy Menopur z innymi lekami, z tym z lekami na nadciśnienie, np. z Lacipilem.
Lacipil może być stosowany podczas ciąży tylko wtedy, gdy w opinii lekarza oczekiwana korzyść dla matki przewyższa potencjalne ryzyko dla płodu lub dziecka. Nie ma natomiast danych dotyczących wpływu leku na płodność i ewentualny proces zapłodnienia.
