Can I get severe abdominal pain as a result of using klabax and taking Apap?

Hi, I took a second tablet of the antibiotic Klabax in the evening before going to bed, besides him I took apap for the night too, because I have a cold. I got severe stomach pain and palpitations. I didn't sleep all night in pain. I don't know what caused it, whether it was that I took an antibiotic with apap, or maybe you shouldn't take medication before going to bed? I got the antibiotic Klabax for gastritis plus polprazole and debretin. Should I continue taking this antibiotic? Please help.

Podczas stosowania antybiotyku Klabax oraz Apapu może dojść do zaburzeń funkcji żołądka, a także do bólu brzucha. Leki należy przyjmować ściśle według zaleceń lekarza i nie odstawiać bez konsultacji. Jeżeli objawy będą się utrzymywać być może będzie konieczna zmiana schematu dawkowania, jednak musi o tym zadecydować lekarz.
