Plaster Transtec ma duży wpływ na organizm. Lek zawiera buprenorfinę, działa silniej przeciwbólowo niż morfina i może wykazywać szereg działań niepożądanych, m.in. nadmierne uspokojenie, senność, splątanie, zaburzenia żołądkowo-jelitowe.
