Nie napisał Pan, o jaki lek chodzi. Przy pytaniu otagowany jest preparat Sulfadiazin-Heyl. Ten preparat nie ma ważnego pozwolenia na dopuszczenie do obrotu w Polsce. Leki tego typu mogą być pozyskiwane w drodze procedury importu docelowego. Więcej na ten temat:

Wnioskuję, że lek jest dostępny w takim postępowaniu, ponieważ nie dalej jak w styczniu 2021 ukazało się Stanowisko Rady Przejrzystości w sprawie zasadności wydawania zgód na refundację leku Sulfadiazin-Heyl (sulfadiazinum) tabletki 500 mg, we wskazaniach:
• toksoplazmoza wrodzona; • toksoplazmoza oczna; • toksoplazmoza ośrodkowego układu nerwowego w przebiegu zakażenia HIV.
