Can Citabax, Trittico and Melatonin be used simultaneously?

Hello. I take medication for Depression Citabax 20 mg during the day and Trittico 75 mg per night. Can I still additionally use Melatonin 5 mg before bedtime?

Stosując jednocześnie Citabax, Trittico i na dodatek melatoninę, zwiększa się ryzyko nasilenia skutków ubocznych takich jak: nadmierna senność w ciągu dnia, problemy z koncentracją, niepokoju, bólu głowy i innych.

Stosując jednocześnie Citabax i Trittico, może dojść do nadmiernej produkcji serotoniny w organizmie. Melatonina to hormon powiązany z serotoniną, dlatego przy tych lekach zalecałabym dużą ostrożność.

Myślę, że nie powinna Pani stosować melatoniny bez wyraźnego zalecenia lekarza.
