Nie należy łączyć leków zawierających sertralinę (Asentra) z lekami zawierającymi kodeinę (Solpadeina) ze względu na zwiększone ryzyko wystąpienia zespołu serotoninowego charakteryzującego się m.in. drżeniem mięśni, zaburzeniem funkcjonowania nerek, wykrzepianiem wewnątrznaczyniowym. Bezpieczniej będzie zastosować preparat zawierający sam paracetamol.
