What is a compressor-nozzle inhaler and what inhaler should I give nebu-dose, mucosolvan and berodual?

Please advice on buying an inhaler for an adult, as I do not know exactly what to buy. Symptoms - cough, ANN, running down the throat. For Nebu Dose Hialuronic, I need a mouthpiece from my inhaler. According to the manufacturer, pneumatic is suitable. For Berodual and Mucosolvan inhalations, the best is "compressor-nozzle". I don't know what an inhaler it is, I can't find information about it. Please information if I buy two inhalers or one? It is said that the pneumatic is piston, but in the pharmacy they said that it was something else, and about the "compressor-nozzle" they did not hear.
