W takiej sytuacji należy przerwać stosowanie preparatu, przynajmniej do wygojenia rany. Jeśli powstała rana jest skutkiem nadwrażliwości na substancje zawarte w leku, konieczna będzie ponowna konsultacja z dermatologiem celem modyfikacji sposobu leczenia.
