Lek Pyrantelum nie wpływa na skuteczność tabletek antykoncepcyjnych.

Ze względu na to, że Pyrantelum unieruchamia pasożyty jelitowe, które następnie ulegają wydaleniu wraz z ruchami perystaltycznymi jelit, zaleca się zażycie preparatu w godzinach wieczornych. Kuracja powinna być przeprowadzona u wszystkich domowników:
