Silaurum żel na blizny to preparat do stosowania na blizny różnego pochodzenia. Preparat można stosować w leczeniu nowych, jak i już istniejących już blizn. Żel zawiera w swoim składzie silikony (polisiloksany i cyklopentasilksan), które tworząc na powierzchni skóry przezroczysty film, chronią ją przed szkodliwym działaniem czynników zewnętrznych, zapewniają odpowiedni poziom nawilżenia oraz tworzą mikrośrodowisko sprzyjające prawidłowemu i szybkiemu leczeniu blizn.
