Can I take Diosminex, Dobenox or DIH while taking Xarelto?

Good morning, I wanted to ask myself, can I also take Diosminex, Dobenox or DIH if I have been taking Xarelto (deep vein thrombosis) for 3 weeks? Best regards.

Preparat Diosminex zawiera mikronizowaną diosminę. Związek ten może hamować agregację płytek krwi, zmniejszając tym samym krzepliwość krwi, co może zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych u pacjentów przyjmujących leki przeciwzakrzepowe.
Z tego względu bez konsultacji z lekarzem nie zaleca się łączyć leków Xarelto, Diosminex, DIH czy Dobenox.
