Diclac 50 jest lekiem wydawanym z przepisu lekarza, zatem jeśli lekarz uzna za zasadne i bezpieczne przyjmowanie tego leku po perforacji wrzoda dwunastnicy około 2 lat temu, to nie ma do tego przeciwwskazań.
