Zawarty w produkcie leczniczym Nalgesin Forte może powodować wzrost ciśnienia tętniczego krwi, osłabiając tym samym działanie hipotensyjne (obniżające ciśnienie) metoprololu zawartego w produkcie leczniczym Betaloc ZOK.

Stosowanie wspomnianych leków nie jest jednak przeciwwskazane, zwłaszcza jeśli kuracja lekiem Nalgesin Forte jest krótkotrwała. Niemniej jednak, w przypadku zaobserwowania istotnego wzrostu ciśnienia tętniczego krwi w czasie stosowania obu leków, fakt ten należy zgłosić lekarzowi.
