Nie ma przeciwwskazań do przyjmowania betahistyny (Betaserc) podczas terapii alprazolamem (Afobam) i opipramolem (Sympramol).

U pacjentów z zaburzeniami równowagi alprazolam powinien być stosowany z rozwagą, gdyż zawroty głowy mogą być jednym z działań niepożądanych leku, a w przypadku przedawkowania mogą wystąpić zaburzenia równowagi.
