Replacement of birth control pills - when is full effectiveness achieved?

I take vinin tablets, i used to take Elin or after 6 tablets I am protected or does this one day matter?

Jeśli pierwszą tabletkę antykoncepcyjną Vibin przyjęła Pani następnego dnia po przyjęciu ostatniej aktywnej tabletki Elin bądź pierwszego dnia po zakończeniu przerwy na krwawienie z odstawienia, jest Pani chroniona przed zajściem w ciążę przez cały wspomniany okres. Stosując lek w ten sposób, nie ma potrzeby stosowania dodatkowej metody antykoncepcji w ciągu pierwszych 7 dni stosowania nowych tabletek antykoncepcyjnych.
