Can intracyclic slidting be the result of weaning?

Good morning, After about 8 months of using Cerazette, I suddenly got a slight spotting and I was sore as if I were about to get a period. So far I have not had any spots. I always took the tablet in the evening at close times. The fluctuation was never longer than 12 hours. Now, however, I put my son off my chest. Can the appearance of spotting be associated with it? Or can it be a sign of pregnancy?
