Stosowanie leku Biosteron jednocześnie z hormonalną terapią zastępczą (HTZ) może prowadzić do zwiększenia stężenia i nadmiaru estrogenów. Zgodnie z dokumentacją preparatu Biosteron: "lek nie powinien być przyjmowany przez kobiety otrzymujące HTZ".
