Can Heviran be combined with Diuresin SR and Bisocard and other medicines I take?

Good morning, I have hypertension I take diuresin and biskcard in the morning, today I saved a family heviran800 - 3x a day, neurovit 100mg+200mg+ 0.20mg 2x a day, and Dorota in case of pain it on shingles, however, I still take a polocard at noon because I suffer from thrombosis / trophic lesion, I am after sclerotherapy and for trophic changes lubricate the leg with cream kelladerm and Lipton 1000 I also take diosminex, I mean mainly whether it will not be harmful to the kidneys diuresin and heviran? And whether or not there will be an interaction with any of the drugs, how to optimally take these drugs is best not to cause some side effects that harm your health 🙂 I would add that biskcard and diuresin I take early in the morning about 5 hours. Yours sincerely and I ask for an urgent answer. because I did not want to take the drug as soon as possible and is afraid of the effects of mixing drugs.

Ponieważ stosuje Pani aż 7 leków doustnie oraz 2 preparaty miejscowe trudno jest określi ryzyko interakcji między poszczególnymi środkami.

Jeśli chodzi o łączenie Diuresinu i Bisocardu z Heviranem - nie będzie ono szkodliwe. Leki te nie wchodzą w interakcję z Heviranem i nie doprowadzą do obciążenia nerek.

Połączenia jakiego należy unikać, to Heviran plus Doreta oraz Polocard plus Doreta.
Łączenie Heviranu lub Polocardu z lekiem Doreta zwiększa ryzyko uszkodzenia nerek, dodatkowo przyjmowanie Dorety i Polocardu zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia krwawień z przewodu pokarmowego oraz prowadzi do nasilenia działania przeciwzakrzepowego Polocardu, zwłaszcza jeśli jest on przyjmowany przed Doretą.

Zatem, przyjmowanie leku Doreta w tym zestawieniu nie jest wskazane, a jeśli jest bezwzględnie konieczne, należy ściśle przestrzegać dawkowania ustalonego z lekarzem.
