What time does it take to wait for Dorin to take it?

Hi, I have been taking Dorin tablets for a few years now. The day before yesterday was my first day after the break and I took the tablet at 10:45, and yesterday at 12:45. Today, unfortunately, it flew out of my head and I took it at 9:45 p.m. Do we count the delay of 12h from the tablet taken the day before? Should I worry if I had an intercourse last week? (intermittent, there was no handle inside). Best regards.
