Krem Procto-Glyvenol służy do leczenia zarówno wewnętrznych jak i zewnętrznych hemoroidów. Zgodnie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego, w przypadku hemoroidów zewnętrznych nie ma potrzeby używania załączonego aplikatora. Krem należy stosować rano i wieczorem, do momentu ustąpienia objawów. Niewielka ilość kremu powinna pokryć guzek krwawniczy. Nie ma potrzeby stosowania większej ilości.
