There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of the drugs mentioned in the question.
Milk thistle and Nolpaza tablets (pantoprazole) are generally considered safe for concomitant use. There are no reports of significant interactions between the two products.
Pantoprazole, the active ingredient in Nolpase, is a proton pump inhibitor used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease and other conditions associated with excessive stomach acid production. However, it should be remembered that pantoprazole, especially when used for a long time, can reduce the absorption of vitamin B12. Therefore, people taking Nolpaza for a long time should monitor the level of this vitamin in their blood. Milk thistle has no effect on the absorption of vitamin B12.
Milk thistle, on the other hand, rich in silymarin, is a dietary supplement that supports the health of the liver and bile ducts.

Ma Pani prawo stosować lek na własną odpowiedzialność. Obowiązkiem farmaceuty jest jednak poinformowanie pacjenta o możliwych zagrożeniach.
Z punku widzenia interakcji, nie ma przeciwwskazań do łączenia ranitydyny z nasionami ostropestu plamiastego.

Teoretycznie, pomiędzy substancjami czynnymi zwartymi w nasionach ostropestu plamistego (m.in. sylimaryną) a ranitydyną zawartą w leku Ranigast Max nie wykazano interakcji mogących wpływać na ich skuteczność.
Decyzją Głównego Inspektora Farmaceutycznego wszystkie produkty lecznicze zawierające ranitydynę zostały wycofane z obrotu, ze względu na wykrycie zanieczyszczeń N-nitrozodimetyloaminą (NDMA) niektórych produktów leczniczych z ranitydyną. NDMA jest substancją toksyczną, mogącą przyczyniać się do uszkodzeń wątroby.
Na rynku dostępny jest bez recepty produkt leczniczy Famogast Ranitydyna - lek zawierający famotydynę - związek o mechanizmie działania zbliżonym do ranitydyny. W razie potrzeby bezpieczniej sięgnąć właśnie po ten lek. Domowe zapasy leku Ranigast Max najbezpieczniej będzie zutylizować.
