Nie zaleca się łączenia leku Sirdalud z pigułkami antykoncepcyjnymi Ovulastan ze względu na to, iż antykoncepcja hormonalna będąc inhibitorem niektórych enzymów w wątrobie odpowiedzialnych za metabolizm tizanidyny - składnika czynnego leku Sirdalud, może prowadzić do zwiększenia jego stężenia w osoczu krwi. Zwiększone stężenie tyzanidyny w osoczu może powodować objawy przedawkowania leku.
