At what intervals should I take Pylera?

Good day, I have a question about the use of Pylera. The recommendation was 4x3. In the leaflet there is information in order to use each dose after breakfast, lunch, dinner and before going to sleep. But I have doubts about what should be the minimum intervals between doses? I wrote myself for hours: 8, 12, 16, 20 but I doubt if it is not too small intervals between doses. Thank you for your reply.
