Jeśli nie pomaga Nalgesin, to może Pani włączyć dodatkowo do terapii preparat Dolgit i stosować go miejscowo na bolące miejsce. Mimo iż produkt zawiera substancję z tej samej grupy i o tym samym działaniu terapeutycznym co lek Nalgesin, po podaniu miejscowym wchłania się do krwiobiegu w znikomej ilości.
Tolperis VP jest lekiem wydawanym z przepisu lekarza (na receptę), zatem nie wolno go przyjmować bez konsultacji z lekarzem.
