What replacement for Duspatalin is not in the composition of titanium dioxide E171?

I am taking Duspatalin because of irritable bowel duspatalin has titanium dioxide E 171 which is supposedly carcinogenic so I have a question about what medicine I can use interchangeably which in its composition does not have E171. Thank you and greet

W Polsce zarejestrowany jest Duspatalin Gastro, dostępny bez recepty, zawierający mebewerynę w dawce 135 mg oraz Duspatalin retard - lek na receptę zawierający 200 gm substancji czynnej.

Jedynie w przypadku tej większej dawki istnieje możliwość zastosowana innego leku - preparatu Auroverin MR, jednak ten preparat również w otoczce kapsułki zawiera tytanu dwutlenek (E171):
