How to deal with a very clogged nose?

Hello. Please advice from yesterday I got a cold light sore throat slab and worst of all a terrible runny nose through which I can not breathe. Drops help only for a while what should I do? I can't breathe through my mouth, I feel like I'm about to get a soul. I'm afraid to take drops every now and then because I'm afraid he's going to overdose. Please advice because I do not know what to do to sleep also I can not because I like such a clogged nose. I have never had such a problem always as bulam sick I took nasal drops and runny nose disappeared for a few hours And now after a while comes back. What should I do?
