Is it normal that after taking Dalacin C I started to si thud?

Hello. I have been taking vibin mini tablets for a year now. In March I got sick, I got a dalacin c, then it turned out that it was covid. After this time, withdrawal bleeding can be said to have been very scant. After 15 days, I started sming again. I always take the tablets at the same time. Is this normal?
