Pomiędzy nystatyną a flukonazolem nie wykazano interakcji mogących negatywnie wpływać na ich skuteczność i bezpieczeństwo. Oba leki wykazują działanie przeciwgrzybicze. Niekiedy stosuje się oba leki jednocześnie w celu zwiększenia efektywności terapii.

Jeśli oba leki zostały zalecone przez tego samego lekarza bądź lekarz przepisujący jeden z leków wiedział o wszystkich pozostałych stosowanych przez Panią lekach, należy postępować zgodnie z tymi zaleceniami.
