Can gastrointestinal disorders be caused by changing Nutramigen milk from LGG to Complete?

Daughter saw Nutramigen Lgg, unfortunately it is no longer in pharmacies and drinks Complete. Poop massacre. After the usual lgg she was loose green, but after a complete green gray and downright watery. Daughter restless, lets go of fewer donves, sleeps little, wakes up screaming, is it the fault of this new Nutramigen Complete?
