Why does no one report side effects with Pylera and can I combine it with Nasen?

I am in the process of treatment with pylera drug, dosing according to the doctor's recommendations, but I am afraid of irreparable damage to the body. I read reviews that people are long after treatment and still have not come to each other, I feel bad about this drug, mainly mental symptoms like depression, anxiety, feeling cold inside the whole body and once there was panic. I am afraid that the drug will irreparably damage my nervous system and I will feel this way for the rest of my life. I wonder if someone should not be criminally responsible for allowing this to be placed on the market, because from what I know many people have serious problems through this drug. I would add that this is the fourth day of treatment, after the fifth I want to change the drug to Amoxicillin, because I am afraid of havoc and damage to the body.
