Can the use of milk thistle impair the contraceptive efficacy of Vibin mini?

Milk thistle Can liquid milk thistle weaken contraception? I take Isotek and apparently milk thistle is indicated because it supports the work of the liver. I have recommended 5 drops of 3x per day. Can I combine this with Vibin tablets?

Są publikacje naukowe wskazujące, że ostropest plamisty może wpływać na aktywność enzymów wątrobowych, a co za tym idzie może wpływać na skuteczność i bezpieczeństwo stosowania m.in. tabletek antykoncepcyjnych (jak np. Vibin). Pełen opis wpływu preparatów z ostropestem opisano w poniższej opinii:
