Ismigen u dorosłych jest stosowany w profilaktyce nawracających zakażeń dróg oddechowych (ZDO). Nie stwierdzono żadnych interakcji z innymi lekami. Natomiast o zastosowaniu go w przypadku Pani męża musi zadecydować lekarz, ponieważ jest to produkt na receptę:
