Can pausing while urinating cause bladder infection?

Good morning, I certainly have an unusual query, you see during the last urination at night specially did not do it "in one go" only partially , stopping this urine and pressure (without details why) and possible even, leaving some drops. After going to bed, I felt like a slight tingling sensation in my bladder, at least a strange feeling, or maybe because I was reading somewhere that you can't exercise Kegel's muscles during the toilet and so I associated my situation (no, I didn't exercise then). Can this behavior lead to coil inflammation? Is it enough to drink water with cranberry juice or are there any preventive measures? When to buy something on your own and when to make an appointment with a doctor? Of course, I will never get to a situation where I have to do this and take care of the complete constant urinating. Now I'm worried about some kind of infection. This burning /tingling is not strong, but it seems to me that something is wrong. Maybe it's those Kegel muscles I feel?

Wstrzymywanie moczu może spowodować wystąpienie m.in. objawów zapalenia pęcherza. W trakcie oddawania moczu dochodzi m.in. do wypłukiwania ewentualnych bakterii z cewki moczowej.
