Z przyjmowaniem preparatu Narine uważać powinny osoby z alergią na mleko (bakterie te namnażają się w mleku). Warunkiem przyjęcia środka przez osoby ze skazą białkową jest popicie gi wodą, a nie jak wskazuje producent - mlekiem.
