Małe ilości alkoholu nie powinny zaszkodzić w trakcie leczenia Ranlosinem.
Zarówno ten lek, jak i alkohol, mogą obniżać ciśnienie krwi, co może prowadzić do zawrotów głowy, bólu głowy i złego samopoczucia, a nawet upadku.
