Can I take any of the following medicines: Aglan 15mg, Rantudil Forte 60mg, Skudexa 75mg+25mg per sciatica within hours of vaccination on COVID-19?

It's been a few hours since you were vaccinated with Pfizer covid. Unfortunately, I was attacked by sciatica. Can I take any of the drugs: Aglan 15 mg; Rantudil Forte 60mg; Skudexa 75mg+25mg? That's what I have at home.

Wszystkie wymienione przez Panią/Pana leki wydawane są z przepisu lekarza, więc stosowanie ich na własną rękę jest przeciwwskazane.

Zgodnie z najnowszymi doniesieniami opublikowanymi na łamach czasopisma "Journal of Virology" stosowanie NLPZtów będących substancjami czynnymi leków Aglan, Skudexa, czy Rantudil Forte bezpośrednio przed lub po szczepieniu jest niewskazane. Zdaniem naukowców NLPZ mogą przyczynić się do tego, że organizm będzie produkował mniej przeciwciał oraz hamował inne aspekty odpowiedzi immunologicznej na szczepienie przeciwko COVID-19 (oraz innym szczepionkom). NLPZ mogą niekorzystnie wpłynąć na pracę układu odpornościowego, ale nie zablokują całej odpowiedzi immunologicznej organizmu na szczepionkę. Mogą ją jedna nieco zmniejszyć.
