Can I change my Novynette time by 1h?

Hi, will the new blister hour change from 19:00 to 18:00 the use of Novynette contraceptive pills will affect their effectiveness? Will the protection be maintained?

Nie, zmiana godziny przyjmowania tabletek z 19 na 18 nie wpłynie w żaden sposób na skuteczność antykoncepcji. Zgodnie z informacjami zawartymi w ulotce leku: "Jeśli przyjęcie tabletki opóźniło się o mniej niż 12 godzin, ochrona antykoncepcyjna jest zachowana. Wtedy tabletka leku Novynette powinna zostać przyjęta natychmiast po uświadomieniu sobie faktu jej pominięcia, a kolejną tabletkę należy przyjąć o zwykłej porze." Nie ma zatem powodów do obaw.
