Can I give my one-year-old child the Steroid Fanipos?

Good morning, My one-year-old baby from the day of birth has a runny nose and every now and then otitis. Allergy zoatała excluded, because after antihistamion drugs there is no improvement. I suspect year-round rhinitis (from previous nasal pouring). Doctors do not see the problem, and a small one all the time hurts ears. Runny nose and ear pain passes only after administration of ibupeofen (I can not give it in the round). Can I give fanipos to a one-year-old child? I know that ro steroid, alw niw give the child another antibiotic, after which there is no effect anyway and smashes the tummy. Best regards

W żadnym wypadku nie może Pani podać tak małemu dziecku sterydu (Faniposu) bez wyraźnego zalecenia lekarza.
Nie ustalono bezpieczeństwa i skuteczności tego leku u dzieci w wieku poniżej 4 lat, dlatego decyzję o zastosowaniu go u młodszego dziecka powinien podjąć lekarz- tylko on może zadecydować, czy korzyści będą przewyższać ryzyko. Proszę pamiętać, że podawanie tak małemu dziecku leków dostępnych tylko na receptę, bez konsultacji z lekarzem, może prowadzić do poważnych powikłań, przedawkowania itd.

Antybiotyki wpływają negatywnie na przewód pokarmowy, ale proszę pamiętać, że sterydy również mają swoje skutki uboczne, zwłaszcza u tak małych dzieci. Antybiotyk w tym przypadku powinien być podawany po wykonaniu posiewu. Pozwoli to określić, jakie drobnoustroje wywołują te dolegliwości i dobrać lek, który na te drobnoustroje zadziała. Myślę, że powinna Pani znaleźć dobrego pediatrę, który poprowadzi leczenie dziecka.
