Grippostad C nie ma w Polsce swojego zamiennika o tym samym składzie.
W aptece w Polsce dostępne są preparaty, które tak jak Grippostad C zawierają, paracetamol, chlorfeniraminę czy kofeinę lub witaminę C. Leki te zawierają jednak inną kombinację i inne dawki substancji czynnych, niż Grippostad C.
