Nie, ochrona antykoncepcyjna nie została zachowana. Jeśli po przyjęciu ostatniej tabletki placebo leku Vines wykonała Pani 7-dniową przerwę i 8 dnia rozpoczęła przyjmowanie leku Belara, to należy zabezpieczać się prezerwatywą do końca całego blistra Belara.
Ochrona wykształci się dopiero od 2 blistra.
