W przypadku wystąpienia wysypki na ciele efekty działania leku Delortan powinny być widoczne już w pierwszej dobie, a na pewno w ciągu 72 godzin systematycznego zażywania leku.
Jeśli alergia ma duże nasilenie wskazane może być dłuższe przyjmowanie leku - nawet około 2 tygodni.
