What can I do if Aldara causes me irritation and burning when Urinating?

Good morning, from Tuesday (13.04) I use Aldara cream (5%) warts in intimate places. However, I feel itching and burning when urinating. Is it possible to somehow sooth it? Ailments interfere with the focus and functioning on a daily basis.

Krem Aldara może powodować miejscowe reakcje skórne jak np. podrażnienie i pieczenie skóry wokół leczonej okolicy. W przypadku wystąpienia zmian skórnych zaleca się zmycie kremu wodą z mydłem, następnie przerwanie stosowania leku na kilka dni i zaleczenie reakcji nietolerancji. Po zmniejszeniu objawów nietolerancji należy wznowić stosowanie kremu Aldara:
