Can Karbis cause dryness and soreness in the nose and the appearance of clear secretions?

I have been taking Karbis 8 mg for 2 weeks. Around the 8th day there was a strange runny nose. The nose is dry, sore with a small amount of transparent secretions. I have no infection. Does this drug work like this?

Karbis nie powoduje wystąpienia wydzieliny z nosa i jego suchości.
Jednakże Karbis może powodować zmiany w obrazie krwi i zmniejszenie liczby krwinek czerwonych i białych. Może to powodować zwiększenie podatności pacjenta na zakażenia.
