What are the indications for reimbursement of Bemfola?

Hi, in what situation bemfola 150 is refunded? I had prescribed 2 doses of 150 and paid the full price.

Wskazania refundacyjne leku Bemfola można znaleźć tutaj:

Dla każdego leku określona jest lista schorzeń (wskazań), w których może on być zastosowany. Refundacją mogą być objęte wszystkie stany chorobowe lub tylko niektóre z nich.

Jeśli pacjent spełnia kryteria refundacyjne, może otrzymać lek ze zniżką lub - jako senior - za darmo. Jeśli takich wskazań nie posiada, nie może uzyskać zniżki.

O poziomie odpłatności decyduje lekarz, który na podstawie historii choroby i wywiadu lekarskiego jest w stanie określić, czy wystąpiła któraś z okoliczności uprawniająca do wystawienia recepty zniżkowej. Pracownik apteki nie decyduje o poziomie odpłatności i nie może jej zmienić.
