Can I use Trittico CR and valerian extracts?

Please tell me if I can combine valerian with trakodone. I am currently taking Trittico CR 150mg and i wonder if I can additionally take e.g. Baldivian or a drug called Valerian Melisa Chmiel.?

Baldivian jest lekiem zawierającym wyciąg z waleriany. Preparat może być stosowany łącznie z lekiem Trittico CR. Również drugi z wymienionych preparatów (Waleriana Melisa Chmiel ) może być łączony z Trittico CR.
Nie wykazano znaczących interakcji waleriany z innymi lekami.
