Is the occurrence of swelling after Epiduo normal?

Is it normal that after 2 days of using Epiduo, under the eye (on the cheekbone) I appeared swelling strongly reddened by itchy? It is neither drying nor burning. The area is swollen and itchy, as with an allergic reaction. Today there was another one at the base of the nose, exactly the same. I know that when itching, drying and baking you need to take a break for 2-3 days, which I also do, but is swelling combined with strong itching and redness normal?

Opuchlizna nie powinna występować przy stosowaniu leku Epiduo. W przypadku wystąpienia obrzęku lub swędzenia twarzy zaleca się zaprzestanie kuracji preparatem i konsultację z lekarzem prowadzącym:
