The dentist after treatment of the tubular state of the root zap.prxy saved me 3×Nimesil plus 3×2 tabl.ibuprom 200mg. Are both leki.brac simultaneously? Don't they have a similar action?

Since both drugs belong to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), their mechanism of action is similar and should not be used simultaneously. In such a situation, you can, for example, use Nimesil in the first days after the procedure, and then, when the pain is less severe, take Ibuprom or Ibuprom in the morning and at noon (2 tablets each), and Nimesil at night (1 sachet). Nimesil is usually used 2 times a day, Ibuprom up to 6 tablets per day. These drugs can be taken depending on the intensity of the pain, reducing their dose to the lowest effective dose.
