Wśród działań niepożądanych leku Pylera nie podano, aby lek powodował skoki ciśnienia tętniczego. Preparat może być stosowany wraz z lekami Nebivolol oraz Hydroxyzinum.
Aby działanie leków Nebivolol i Hydroxyzinum zostało zachowane należy przyjmować je w minimalnym odstępie 30 minut od leku Pylera. Nebivolol należy przyjmować zawsze o tej samej porze dnia. Jeśli mimo przestrzegania wyżej wymienionych zaleceń wartości ciśnienia nie ulegną stabilizacji, warto poradzić się lekarza.
