Is Metmin safe during breastfeeding?

Hello. I breastfeed my 7-week-old son - on Monday he will be 8 weeks old. Since yesterday I caught a cold with sinus pain, the pediatrician prescribed me momester, so there was no substitute for Metmin, can I breastfeed it safely without fear for my son's health, take?
